Secure Destruction

Further to last year’s commissioning of the Secure Destruction and De-Packing Plant at Castle’s Ilkeston facility, the new process has gone from strength to strength.

With the plant proving itself capable of processing in excess of 70 pallets per day, Castle can quickly and efficiently process large volumes of both hazardous and non-hazardous finished goods.

Over a very busy 6 month period the wide variety of wastes securely processed have included to name but a few:

  • Corrosive Cleaning Products

  • Soaps & Detergents

  • Silicon Tubes

  • Cosmetic Products

  • Beverages

  • Tobacco/Cigarettes

  • E-Cigarettes

  • Toothpaste & Mouthwash

  • Bleaching/Dying Products

  • Medicinal Products

With the ability to operate the Secure Destruction and De-Packing Plant around the clock, the potential scale and scope of this process provides another reason to be optimistic that Castle are the ideal treatment company to work with as we take on the challenge of economic recovery.
