Ferrybridge Multifuel 1 Energy from Waste plant Now Fully Operational

Over the last three months, Castle Environmental has been processing and disposing of APC residues arising from the new Ferrybridge Multifuel 1 Energy from Waste plant. The Ferrybridge plant has now completed its commissioning phase and has entered full commercial operation. The final milestone in the commissioning works was reached on 31st July when a series of operability tests were completed. John Watson, Operations Liasion Manager for Multifuel Energy Ltd. said: “ I would like to thank Castle Environmental for their excellent work in disposal of the APC residues, which has been performed very efficiently and reliably. We look forward to continuing this relationship with one of the key suppliers to the Ferrybridge Multifuel 1 plant."
