Covid-19

Whilst we continue to experience the unprecedented challenge presented by Covid-19, the directors of Castle Environmental would like to put on record their appreciation to all the staff, customers and suppliers that have made it possible for the Company to continue to operate as close to “normal” as possible.

The 3 Castle Environmental treatment plants have all been operational through this difficult period and we have aimed to maintain the high service levels our customers have come to expect over many years. We appreciate all the kind responses that have been received from our latest round of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and it is these positive affirmations that keep us striving for excellence in all we do.

The support of many key suppliers and contractors has also allowed Castle Environmental to get ahead of schedule on a number of large-scale improvement and expansion projects that have taken place despite the current economic uncertainty. The picture shows the extensive re-paving of the Ilkeston treatment facility and re-design and expansion of the Tank Farm. Both these projects were worthwhile challenges that will benefit our customers greatly as we all work through this period of recovery.
